This is also suitable for parents who wish to learn more about infant sleep and establish techniques prior to their baby’s birth or for parents who may have experience sleep difficulties with a previous child and would like to avoid problems before they occur this time. This package includes a comprehensive feeding assessment, as sleep issues in the first six months can often be linked to feeding.

This package allows us to work closely over an extended period of time to establish the reasons behind your child’s sleep difficulties, and assist you to implement practical, gentle solutions to improve sleep for your child and your family with continued support for six weeks. This package will suit parents who would like more one-to-one follow up, and updated plans and strategies throughout the six weeks.

2 hour consultation in the comfort of your own home (within 30 mins of Ipswich), or via video call.
In person review over nap time/bedtime (during your consultation) to allow for direct observation of any difficulties you may be having with settling.
Personalised plan via email within 3 working days
1 hour follow up consultation in the comfort of your own home or via video call.
Unlimited email support for six weeks
4 x 30 minute phone calls to review progress during the six weeks
Updated written sleep plan at the conclusion of the six weeks to support you
with next steps to take to continue improving your child's sleep.
