Nina Parnham, owner of Suffolk Woman’s Wellness Centre - SWWC - has been working with women for over two decades as a Midwife, movement specialist and Wellness Educator.
The centre has women's health at the heart of everything they do and strive to support women to feel their best at every life phase. If you’re trying to conceive, pregnant, postnatal, over 40 or struggling with specific female health issues, Suffolk Woman’s Wellness Centre have the knowledge and network to make this a more positive life experience.
We focus on pregnancy and postnatal health and wellness and offer movement classes, Yoga, Workshops, Massage, scar therapy and reflexology and aromatherapy, Courses, Pelvic Floor and Core Recovery Programmes, Hypnobirthing and Birth Trauma Counselling
We aim to educate and empower women to be able to meet their personal goals through movement, therapy, coaching, listening, guidance and support. We aspire to transform the way women feel about themselves, so that they know and appreciate the value of true self-care and worth. We work with meaning and purpose offering joined up solutions for lifestyle changes, and longevity. We believe in women helping and supporting others.
